This non UPF roll recipe is super simple. You don’t need a bread maker, or fancy ingredients.
If you’re looking to ditch the additives and random ingredients that you couldn’t possibly create in your home, homemade rolls are a great place to start.

Homemade Non UPF rolls
- 500 g bread flour (wholemeal or white)
- 300 ml water
- 7g yeast
- pinch of salt
- teaspoon of honey
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil

Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl, keeping the salt and yeast separate.
Add 300 ml of luke warm water. Stir in, then when it forms a dough, put it onto the clean, floured counter and knead it for 5-10 minutes.
Once smooth, pop in a clean bowl and put a towel over the top to keep it warm.
After an hour, split the dough into 8 equal pieces.
Put these on a tray and cover with damp towel.
After an hour, bake in the oven for 20 minutes until golden. Eat warm with real butter. DELICIOUS!
